Going away and worried about your reptiles? 

We offer boarding for Lizards, Snakes, Amphibians and invertebrates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your animals are being properly cared for. From correct temperatures and lighting to feeding and daily checks, your scaly friends are in safe, experienced hands.

 

We charge a rate of £5 per day for reptiles. £2.50 per day for inverts. This is inclusive of food. 

 

Due to limited space our largest enclosure is 4ft x 2ft x 2ft. 

 

Spaces can be limited, especially during school holidays, so please contact us as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

 

You can download our boarding form here to complete at your leisure ahead of your check in date or we can provide one when you drop off. 

 

•A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure all holiday boarding bookings.

•Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

•The remaining balance must be paid on or before drop-off.

•We reserve the right to refuse boarding without full payment.

 

•All animals must be in good health at the time of drop-off.

•Owners must disclose any known health conditions, ongoing treatments, or recent illness.

•We reserve the right to refuse admission to any animal showing signs of illness, parasites, or poor condition.

•If veterinary treatment is required during the boarding period, we will attempt to contact the owner. If unreachable, we will seek appropriate veterinary care at the owner’s expense.

 

•Animals will be cared for according to the care instructions provided by the owner.

•Owners must supply any specialist diets, medications, or specific equipment required.

•Food is provided 

•While every effort is made to replicate home conditions, exact replication cannot be guaranteed.

 

•Due to our limited space we ask all personal enclosures need to be taken home with you 

•We are not responsible for loss or damage to owner-supplied equipment.

 

•In the event of illness, injury, or unexpected complications, Hellfire Exotic Pets will act in the animal’s best interest.

•All veterinary fees and related costs are the responsibility of the owner.

 

•Animals must be collected on the agreed date and time.

•Late collections will incur £10 per day boarding charges.

•Animals not collected within 7 days of the agreed date (without communication) may be considered abandoned.

 

•While every reasonable care and precaution is taken, boarding live animals carries inherent risks.

•Hellfire Exotic Pets will not be held liable for loss, illness, injury, or death unless caused by proven negligence.

 

•Deposits are non-refundable.

•Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking start date may be charged the full boarding fee.
