If we don’t currently have the animal you’re looking for, we’ll do our best to source it for you.

 

We will refuse the sale of any animal without suitable evidence of a proper setup that meets current welfare guidelines.

We also reserve the right to refuse any sale if we believe it is in the animal’s best interests. We are not required to provide an explanation.

 

All animals are guaranteed for 48 hours.

A 14-day guarantee applies when the animal is purchased with a full setup from us.

 

Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

 

We do not guarantee the sex of any animal and accept no liability if an animal is later identified as the opposite sex.

 

•A 25% deposit will hold an animal for up to 4 weeks, at the manager’s discretion.

•A 100% deposit is required for any special offer animals.

•All deposits are non-refundable.
