We\u2019ve got you covered!<\/h3>\n
We offer boarding for Lizards, Snakes, Amphibians and invertebrates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your animals are being properly cared for. From correct temperatures and lighting to feeding and daily checks, your scaly friends are in safe, experienced hands.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
We charge a rate of \u00a35 per day for reptiles. \u00a32.50 per day for inverts. This is inclusive of food.\u00a0<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Due to limited space our largest enclosure is 4ft x 2ft x 2ft.\u00a0<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Spaces can be limited, especially during school holidays, so please contact us as early as possible to avoid disappointment.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
You can download our boarding form here to complete at your leisure ahead of your check in date or we can provide one when you drop off.\u00a0<\/div>\n

Holiday Boarding \u2013 Terms & Conditions<\/h2>\n

1. Booking & Deposits<\/h4>\n
\u2022A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure all holiday boarding bookings.<\/div>\n
\u2022Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.<\/div>\n
\u2022The remaining balance must be paid on or before drop-off.<\/div>\n
\u2022We reserve the right to refuse boarding without full payment.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n

2. Animal Health & Welfare<\/h4>\n
\u2022All animals must be in good health at the time of drop-off.<\/div>\n
\u2022Owners must disclose any known health conditions, ongoing treatments, or recent illness.<\/div>\n
\u2022We reserve the right to refuse admission to any animal showing signs of illness, parasites, or poor condition.<\/div>\n
\u2022If veterinary treatment is required during the boarding period, we will attempt to contact the owner. If unreachable, we will seek appropriate veterinary care at the owner\u2019s expense.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n

3. Feeding & Care<\/h4>\n
\u2022Animals will be cared for according to the care instructions provided by the owner.<\/div>\n
\u2022Owners must supply any specialist diets, medications, or specific equipment required.<\/div>\n
\u2022Food is provided\u00a0<\/div>\n
\u2022While every effort is made to replicate home conditions, exact replication cannot be guaranteed.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n

4. Equipment & Personal Items<\/h4>\n
\u2022Due to our limited space we ask all personal enclosures need to be taken home with you\u00a0<\/div>\n
\u2022We are not responsible for loss or damage to owner-supplied equipment.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n

5. Emergencies<\/h4>\n
\u2022In the event of illness, injury, or unexpected complications, Hellfire Exotic Pets will act in the animal\u2019s best interest.<\/div>\n
\u2022All veterinary fees and related costs are the responsibility of the owner.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n

6. Collection<\/h4>\n
\u2022Animals must be collected on the agreed date and time.<\/div>\n
\u2022Late collections will incur \u00a310 per day boarding charges.<\/div>\n
\u2022Animals not collected within 7 days of the agreed date (without communication) may be considered abandoned.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n

7. Liability<\/h4>\n
\u2022While every reasonable care and precaution is taken, boarding live animals carries inherent risks.<\/div>\n
\u2022Hellfire Exotic Pets will not be held liable for loss, illness, injury, or death unless caused by proven negligence.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n

8. Cancellation Policy<\/h4>\n
\u2022Deposits are non-refundable.<\/div>\n
